The apartment itself is genuinely well-equipped (which is what “wyposażony” means, by the way), and when they say it’s 11 kilometers from the Śnieżka trail, they’re not kidding around. I actually walked part of that route during my stay, and you know what? It’s a proper hike through some seriously beautiful Sudeten mountain terrain, not just a casual stroll.

The location on Wiejska street is… well, it’s exactly what you’d want if you’re trying to escape city noise but still need actual amenities. Kowary isn’t some tourist trap – it’s a real working town that happens to sit in this incredible mountain setting. The apartment sits perfectly positioned where you get those mountain views everyone talks about, but you’re also close enough to grab groceries or find a decent meal without driving forever. What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night – I mean, properly quiet, the kind where you actually notice the absence of traffic hum. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, though parking can be a bit tight if you’re driving something larger than a typical European car.

Honestly, the 9-star rating makes complete sense once you spend a few days here. The owner clearly understands what travelers actually need – decent Wi-Fi, a kitchen that works properly, and enough space to spread out your hiking gear without tripping over everything. I ended up staying longer than planned because it just felt… comfortable, you know? Not fancy in that sterile hotel way, but comfortable like staying at a friend’s place who happens to have excellent taste.
