Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first pulled up to Wille w Lake Hill – it’s tucked away on Tyrolska Street in this quiet part of Sosnówka that most tourists completely miss. The thing is, that’s exactly what makes it special. While everyone else is crowding into the main Karkonosze resort towns, you’re here in this boutique spot that feels like someone’s incredibly stylish mountain retreat that they decided to share with a few lucky guests.
The first thing that hits you is how thoughtfully everything’s been put together. I mean, this isn’t your typical star-rated chain hotel – they’ve deliberately gone the boutique route, and you can tell someone actually cared about every detail. The spa area is where they really shine, honestly. After spending days hiking around the Karkonosze mountains (and trust me, your legs will thank you for this), sinking into their facilities feels like pure magic. The whole place has this modern mountain aesthetic that somehow doesn’t feel try-hard – lots of natural materials, clean lines, but still cozy enough that you want to curl up with a book by the windows.
What really surprised me was how quiet it gets here, especially in the evenings. Sosnówka isn’t exactly a party destination anyway, but being slightly off the main drag on Tyrolska means you get these peaceful mornings where you can actually hear birds instead of tour buses. The staff clearly knows the area well too – they’ll point you toward hiking trails that aren’t completely overrun, or tell you when to hit the local spots before they get busy. Parking’s straightforward, which… look, if you’ve driven around Polish mountain towns, you know that’s not always a given. The check-in was smooth, no drama there. I’d say my only minor gripe is that being so boutique and intimate, it can book up pretty solidly during peak season – so if you’re thinking summer hiking season or winter snow time, definitely don’t wait around to reserve. But honestly? That 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself taking way too many photos of your room because everything just looks so perfectly put together, then spending your evenings planning when you can come back.

The room was amazing. Very good value for money. Private sauna and hot tub. The room was spacious, very clean and beautiful view. The breakfast, if included in price is nice.
What could be improved: Hospitality can be very much improved. All the staff was very unpleasant. Ridiculously high deposit, that exceeds the reservation cost and we were not informed in advance. Spa doesnt have half the ammenities advetised. Pool and breakfast was very crowded. It seems like they are building new apartments and hotel rooms, but the common areas stay the same size. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and the food in general in all the restaurants can be improved.

The hotel is new, we stayed at villa, and it was completely new. Sauna and jacuzzi worked well, and it was a pleasure to have it just in villa, for our own use.
What could be improved: It was difficult to get keys for lockers when we went to the hotel pool. Also we were told that we don’t need to bring anything from the villa, but when we came, we were asked were our bathrobes and towels.

Villa with great view, great private jaccuzi and sauna facilities. The hotel pools were also very nice. The hotel restaurant and lobby bar were nice although a little pricey. Very nice architecture of villa, although lacking some practice (beds for 6+ people but only 4 chairs)
What could be improved: I didn't like - lack of dishwasher, kitchen sink not convinient, distance from villa to the hotel reception was around 10 minutes walk, in second row of villas we were just above the internal road with a lot of light and a little bit of noise and traffic, no bike road to get out of hotel by bicycle other than busy, low quality, public road (preety much no go to cycle out of hotel for families with small kids)

The view was really great, the fact that you can use sauna and jacuzzi when you want is also great. The territory is very beautiful.
We rented a villa, what we didn’t like was that the kitchen there was very small, it’s not designed for actually cooking. It would be nice if there would be the basic spices like salt and pepper. We had to take a ride to the closest store just to buy it.

What could be improved: No dishwasher ! Jacuzzi had just basic options, for cold days staying there will be uncomfortable. No basic staffs in the kitchen and in bathroom, like salt or just tea. Because of location our house, we didn’t use a pool. Maybe will be nice to have something closer.

Aussicht ist traumhaft. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der private Whirlpool ist der Hammer.
What could be improved: Ausser der Anlage gibt es hier nicht wirklich etwas. Man muss überall mit dem Auto hin fahren. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt für Selbstverpfleger wäre noch toll.
