Overview
You know what struck me first about Willa Szyszka? It’s tucked right on ul. Kasprowicza, which honestly puts you in this perfect sweet spot in Karpacz where you can actually walk to the main drag without being stuck in all the tourist chaos. I mean, you’re close enough to grab those overpriced mountain souvenirs if that’s your thing, but far enough that you’re not hearing drunk groups stumbling back from the bars at 2 AM.
The place has this really genuine mountain lodge feel – and I don’t mean the fake rustic stuff you see everywhere. The wood actually creaks in that satisfying old-building way, and there’s this pine scent that hits you the moment you walk in (probably from all the actual forest surrounding the place, not some artificial air freshener). The owners clearly know what they’re doing because everything just… works. Check-in was smooth, parking was easy enough – which, if you’ve driven around Karpacz during peak season, you know that’s saying something. The rooms are what I’d call properly cozy without being cramped, and honestly, the beds are way more comfortable than I expected. Sometimes these smaller places skimp on mattresses, but not here.
What really sets it apart though is how it feels like you’re staying somewhere locals would actually recommend to their relatives. The breakfast setup isn’t some massive buffet with heat lamps and sad scrambled eggs – it’s more like someone’s really organized aunt decided to cook for everyone, and she happens to know exactly what you want to eat before a day of hiking. Plus, and this might sound random, but the WiFi actually works throughout the building, which is rarer than you’d think in these mountain spots. The whole vibe just feels… authentic, I guess? Like they’re not trying to be some Instagram-perfect boutique place, they’re just focused on making sure you sleep well and feel at home. Given that it’s got a 9 rating, I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way. If you’re planning to hit the trails around Śnieżka or just want a proper base for exploring the Karkonosze without breaking the bank or dealing with the massive resort crowds, this is exactly the kind of place you want to book.

Amazing place and great price

The location is superb! Quiet neighbour on the edge of the forest, birds singing all the time, just amazing. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. An old dog and a few cats running around added to the great experience. Kitchen with basic facilities. Good WiFi signal.
What could be improved: The apartment was in fact rather tiny. Advertised to accommodate 5 people but there is no way it would be pleasant (unless you like being crammed). Even with 4 it was a bit of a stretch.
Quite cold inside as it was not exposed to the sun warmth and in May you would not expect the heating to be on obviously.

The location is amazing, quiet, in the forest, and had a separate entrance, outside sitting place. You can feel nature.

Great location for hikes in the Krkonoše mountains.
Room with a terace.
Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and dinning area.
What could be improved: The mattress on the double bed is too soft and makes it uncomfortable to sleep on.

What could be improved: *tiny studio, was not enough space for 5 udults, better fits for family with 2 kids.
*toilet is too close to bed and you can feel bad smell.
*sensor light in bethroom with vent which is making noise if you use toilet in night and you can't switch it off.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by the forest. The Villa is cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds were comfortable.
What could be improved: The bathroom door didn't close which made the stay with friends a bit uncomfortable. The room was also way smaller than it looked on the pictures. We had to take turns who went to the kitchen and who climbed on the bed.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, pokoje w rzeczywistości większe niż wydawały się na zdjęciach. Jest grill i miejsce na ognisko, z których niestety przez pogodę nie mieliśmy okazji skorzystać.
What could be improved: Byliśmy w sześć osób. Zdaniem niektórych łóżka nie były do końca wygodne.

Bardzo przyjemny, mały pokoik z łazienką. Blisko autem do Świątyni Wang oraz do szlaku. Sklep również w pobliżu. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Łazienka mała ale wszystko czyste i zadbane. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny
What could be improved: Cena troszkę wysoka poza sezonem za mały pokój.

Mili właścicieli, przytulna willa, czyste i zadbane pokoje, wnętrza wystylizowane, właściciele wszystko robią z pasją i dbają o każdym goście. Także mają wygodną kuchnię, wyposażoną we wszystko: kuchenka, lodówka, garnki, naczynia oraz stoły jadalne. Teren piękny wyposażony w kilka stołów ogrodowych, ognisko, grill oraz solidną huśtawkę. Prywatny parking przy budynku. Okolica cicha i spokojna, ale blisko centrum. Także polecam z całego serca i koniecznie się wrócimy.
