The treatments aren’t just going through the motions; there’s this genuine mountain retreat vibe that you don’t always get in the bigger, flashier places. What I loved most was how the staff actually seemed to know the area – like, really know it. When I asked about hiking trails, the receptionist didn’t just hand me a generic brochure; she marked up a local map with her own notes about which paths get muddy after rain and where to stop for the best views of the Tatras.
