The Tatra Museum is literally a few minutes away, and you can catch buses to the cable car stations without the hassle of fighting for parking (which, trust me, becomes a nightmare during ski season and summer hiking months). But you’re also close to some of the better local restaurants that tourists often miss because they stick to Krupówki. I found this great place serving proper oscypek just around the corner – the kind of spot where locals actually eat, not just the tourist-trap versions. The apartment’s host clearly knows the area well too; they gave me recommendations that felt genuinely helpful rather than just copied from some generic guidebook. Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about trail conditions, they actually had current, useful information. With a 9 rating, I expected it to be good, but sometimes those numbers can be misleading – this one actually delivers on what matters.
