Villa U Tsymbora Overview
Villa U Tsymbora turned out to be a real gem in Sinyak — a small town where time seems to have stopped. When I first saw this four-star hotel, I immediately understood it wasn’t an ordinary villa. The owner greeted us personally (which rarely happens in hotels of this level) and told us the building has almost a century of history. Parking here is free — a big plus, because it’s difficult to find in central Sinyak. The rooms are spacious, with authentic wooden furniture and modern amenities, though the air conditioner worked a bit loudly at night.
Breakfast is served in a small dining room with mountain views — it’s truly impressive, especially in the morning when the fog slowly disperses. Local soft cheeses, fresh bread, and coffee much better than what’s usually offered in hotels of this category. Staff speaks mainly Ukrainian, but they know basic English phrases. Wi-Fi is stable on the first floor, weaker on the second. In summer it’s probably perfect here — there’s a large garden with gazebos, and in winter (when I was there) the fireplace in the lobby worked cozily. The only minus — hot water sometimes ran out in the evenings, but that’s more a quirk of the old building than hotel negligence. For the money and with an 8.0 rating — definitely worth it.

Дуже гарний, цікавий будиночок. Всё що треба для відпочинку є. На кухні є навіть кавоварка- це було чудово) класне місцезнаходження, поряд є багато місць де можно гуляти. Ми були з песиком, це місце пет френдлі) чудові власники- завжди готові допомогти.

Очень понравился домик в котором мы хозяйничали единолично целую неделю.Комфортное ,очень уютное ,тихое место для любителей природы и национального колорита. Всё на доверии.Замечательная отзывчивая хозяйка,всегда готова решить любой вопрос по проживанию.В хозяйстве есть всё необходимое для комфортного времяпровождения.Приятный,отдых удался.

Дуже гарний будинок, тихий спокійний відпочинок. В будинку є все необхідне навіть пральна машина.
В 50 м є кафе де можна поїсти, трохи далі метрів 400 є ще одне, а також на території оздоровчого комплексу кфе де можна поїсти, є кав'ярні зі смачною кавою і тістечками.

Уютно и во дворе, и в доме. Понравилось отсутствие соседей и самостоятельность во дворе. Хозяева предоставили свободу действий, что сопутствовало отдыху. Возможность выбора для себя программы отдыха-лучшее предложение. Можно было жарить шашлыки, париться в сауне, правда не успели, гулять по селу.

Доброго дня! Відпочивали з друзями на вихідних у серпні 2022 ( 6 дорослих, 1 дитина 6 років). Чудова вілла.
