Villa Ortus turned out to be a real gem in Novoselitsa — a place where I didn’t expect to find such a cozy three-star villa at all. Located on Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street, it’s a bit away from the center, but that’s actually a plus — quiet at night, and you can get a proper sleep. Parking right by the entrance, which is very convenient, especially if you’re driving your own car. The hosts are very welcoming, check-in went smoothly even though I arrived a bit earlier than scheduled.
The house itself has a homey atmosphere — not that sterile hotel look, but really like staying with good friends. The rooms are spacious, everything clean and neatly arranged. I especially liked the terrace overlooking the garden — drinking my morning coffee there with great pleasure. WiFi works stable throughout the house, which is important for work. The kitchen is available for guests, and this is a lifesaver when you want to cook something homemade or just store food in the fridge.
The neighborhood is peaceful, about 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Novoselitsa through a residential area — a pleasant stroll, especially in spring or summer. There’s a small shop nearby where you can buy everything you need. The 8.0 rating is well deserved — Villa Ortus doesn’t pretend to be luxury, but does its job very well. Would come back here again, especially if I need a few days to work quietly or just rest from the city hustle.
