They source a lot of their ingredients locally – the oscypek cheese is obviously from nearby farms, and the bread comes from this bakery in town that locals swear by. Plus, the staff genuinely knows the area. When I mentioned wanting to hike Giewont but avoid the weekend crowds, they suggested starting from a different trailhead that cut about an hour off the approach – the kind of insider knowledge you just don’t get from booking sites. Parking is included (which, trust me, is not a given around here), and they even have a little drying room for your hiking gear. It’s those practical touches that make you realize these people actually understand what travelers need.
