Villa Debryanets turned out to be a real gem on the Azov Sea coast! When we arrived in Nizhnyaya Rozhanka last summer, honestly, we didn’t expect much from this four-star hotel — but how wrong we were. Located right on Pribrezhnaya Street, 10V, the villa has an incredible sea view (especially from the second-floor rooms), and it’s literally a fifty-meter walk to the beach. Parking is free right at the entrance, which is very convenient, especially in summer when all spots are worth their weight in gold. Check-in was quick — the hosts are very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions.
The rooms are clean and cozy, though not luxurious — typical European minimalism with everything you need. We had air conditioning (a lifesaver on hot days), a mini-fridge, and a balcony with a sea view. The shower always has hot water, Wi-Fi works reliably even by the pool. Breakfast is served in a small dining room — nothing extraordinary, but delicious homemade cottage cheese pancakes and fresh vegetables from the local market. The only downside — sometimes you can hear music from the neighboring cafe in the evening, but after 10 PM everything quiets down.
The best thing about Villa Debryanets is the location and atmosphere. It’s a ten-minute walk to the center of Nizhnyaya Rozhanka, where there are several decent restaurants and shops. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy, though it gets quite crowded in July-August. We’ve been here twice already and plan to return — for the money, it’s really a wonderful option for a peaceful family vacation. I recommend booking in advance, especially for the summer season!
