Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of mountain apartments over the years, but this VacationClub spot on Nadrzeczna really surprised me in the best way. When I first pulled up to 2B Nadrzeczna, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical – the building looks pretty standard from the outside, nothing flashy. But honestly, that’s kind of perfect for Karpacz because you’re not here to stare at your accommodation all day anyway.

What actually won me over was how thoughtfully everything inside was set up. The apartment itself feels like someone who actually travels designed it, you know? There’s proper counter space in the kitchen (not those tiny hotel kitchenettes that barely fit a coffee cup), and the living area has this comfortable, lived-in vibe without being worn down. The windows let in great natural light, which I really appreciated during those shorter winter days. I mean, when you’re dealing with mountain weather, having a bright, welcoming space to come back to makes all the difference. The whole place just feels… well, like a proper home base rather than somewhere you’re just crashing.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the location is actually brilliant once you figure out the neighborhood. Nadrzeczna isn’t right in the tourist chaos, so you get some peace and quiet (especially important if you’re planning to do serious hiking and need proper rest), but you’re still close enough to walk into the main area when you want restaurants or shops. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can be a nightmare in mountain towns during peak season. The 8.8 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort, but it absolutely nails what most people actually need from a mountain apartment. The check-in process was smooth, no weird complications or confusing instructions. I stayed here during shoulder season and it was perfectly quiet, though I imagine it gets busier when the ski crowds hit. If you’re looking for something that feels more like borrowing a friend’s well-appointed apartment than staying in generic tourist accommodation, this place delivers on that front.
