Overview
So I stumbled across this place on Myśliwska street during my last trip to Karpacz, and honestly? It’s one of those finds that makes you feel like you discovered something the tour groups haven’t ruined yet. The VacationClub apartment sits right in this quiet residential area where you can actually hear birds in the morning instead of tour buses revving their engines at 7 AM.
What really got me was how the place feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than staying in some sterile hotel room. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Karpacz – you know, that solid Eastern European architecture that’s built to last through whatever winter throws at it. Parking was surprisingly easy (and free, which… let’s be real, that’s getting rare these days), and I could walk to the main drag in about ten minutes without breaking a sweat. The thing is, you’re close enough to all the action around the ski lifts and restaurants, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your window at midnight.
I mean, look – it’s not going to win any design awards, and the 7.3 rating tells you this isn’t luxury territory. But sometimes that’s exactly what you want, you know? The apartment had everything I actually needed without a bunch of fancy stuff I’d never use. The kitchen was properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), which saved me a fortune since eating out in Karpacz every meal will absolutely destroy your budget. Plus, having a real living space meant I could spread out my hiking gear and ski stuff without living out of a suitcase for a week. The internet was solid too – worked perfectly for video calls back home, though honestly, the mountain views from the windows made it hard to focus on work anyway. One thing worth mentioning: the walls are thick enough that I barely heard my neighbors, which is more than I can say for most places I’ve stayed in mountain towns. If you’re planning to visit during ski season, book early because these local spots fill up fast with people who’ve figured out that staying slightly off the beaten path is usually the move.

What could be improved: Home is rented via larger agency getting assistance/information is a hassle. Had to call for info on how to enter, TV and wifi didnt work placed a call no response. Pictures decieving regarding pool.

What could be improved: Simple broom dustpan and the brush would be a great plus 😉

Nice flat, with a beautiful view on the wood. Located in a guarder group of houses, with free parking for 1 car. Very cozy, has all the facilities you need for a comfortable living( they even had dishwasher tablets). The only thing we missed was potholders and a washing machine. Easy procedure of checking in and out.
A hill with aelrtificial snow is in 2 minutes by foot. We found it only the day before we left, but it was very nice. In order to find it, you have to have the residence behind your back and then go right. They have all the staff you need there and with very good prices.
In general, I would highly recommend this place for a family or a group of friends to stay. Hope to visit it when there is snow, it should be very beautiful 😍
What could be improved: They never answered me on booking. If you don't have a car, it can be a bit difficult to walk to the city center and back, especially when it is dark outside.
We didn't manage to use tv, it was not properly working and the internet was very bad during 24-26.12, probably because of holidays.
Some things need to be slightly fixed ( the ceiling in the small bedroom and a wall around the fireplace).

Appartement spacieux de plein pied de, aménagé de façon moderne, avec une terrasse dans un environnement boisé
What could be improved: Communication par une multitude de messages commerciaux en polonais non traduits,
Montant prélevé nettement supérieur à celui annoncé sur Booking (la variation du taux de change PLN/EUR ne suffit pas à l'expliquer),
Équipements insuffisants pour une famille (nombre de couverts et de serviettes, pas de torchons, etc.)
Pas de connexion internet opérationnelle à l'intérieur, ni via le wifi de la box de l'appartement, ni en réseau mobile sans sortir

What could be improved: Es war sehr schwer den Pin Code für den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Das WLan Passwort hat man auch nicht direkt bekommen.

Duży apartament z dwoma sypialniami i eleganckim salonem.
What could be improved: Jedna ciasna łązienka z prysznicem. Kominek w salonie do naprawy. Komunikacja telefoniczna z właścicielem makabryczna -
kilkanaście minut aby przebrnąć przez dziwną infolinię. W reklamie jest pokazany basen - ściema - jest ale w innym ośrodku.

Duże, przestronne mieszkanie, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią, z ekspresem do kawy, wygodnym salonem, dużym balkonem, z widokiem na las, na nowoczesnym, strzeżonym osiedlu domków.
Do centrum Karpacza spacerkiem 15minut, bardzo blisko Żabka i wyjście na malowniczy szlak, prowadzący najpierw na skały z cudnym widokiem, a dalej nad wodospad nad Zaporą.
What could be improved: Bliskość lasu sprawiała, że w salonie jest dość ciemno, nawet w słoneczne dni. Poduszki do spania takie sobie, trochę już zużyte, dla mnie średnio wygodne. Jak na pobyt 8dniowy, 2 rolki papieru toaletowego to zdecydowanie za mało.
Pierwsze 2 noce, nad nami (mieszkanie wyżej) grupa osób hałasowała do 2 w nocy, słychać było każde rozmowy i szurania krzesłami, co skutecznie zakłócało sen i powodowało duży dyskomfort. Zawieszka na drzwiach o ciszy nocnej i ewentualnej interwencji z nr do ochrony - nieaktualna. Na szczęście grupa wyjechała i był już spokój w nocy.

Śniadań nie było. Apartament przyjazny, lokalizacja też
What could be improved: Brak kontaktu z gospodarzem, właścicielem czy opiekunem obiektu, przy awarii byłem zdany na siebie, brak pralki przy długim pobycie .
