Три горішки is a cozy three-star hotel that I discovered during my last trip to Yaremche. Located on Svobody Street, it sits slightly away from the main tourist hustle, which actually turned out to be a big plus — it’s really quiet at night, you can get proper sleep after a full day of hiking in the mountains. Parking is free (which isn’t always a given in Yaremche), there’s enough space, though in summer it’s better not to arrive too late. The staff is friendly, check-in was quick, they even gave us some useful tips about routes in the Carpathians.
The rooms are clean and tidy, with everything you need — decent shower, Wi-Fi works without interruptions, there’s a kettle and refrigerator. The furniture is simple but sturdy, everything functional. The window opens to a beautiful mountain view, especially gorgeous in the morning when the fog hasn’t lifted yet. Breakfast is served in a small dining room on the first floor — nothing extraordinary, but hearty homemade dishes that give you energy for the whole day. The hostess cooks herself, you can feel that it’s made with care.
The place is perfect for those who come to Yaremche not for luxury, but for nature and active recreation. It’s about ten minutes’ walk to the city center, not far to Prut waterfall either. In winter it’s especially cozy — there’s a place to dry skis and clothes after skiing. The price is absolutely adequate for the quality, I’d gladly return here again. The only downside — in summer it might be a bit noisy with windows open (the road is nearby after all), but that’s minor compared to all the advantages.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
