Overview
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to the Tremonti Hotel on Konstytucji 3-ego Maja – honestly, the address sounds more intimidating than it actually is. But this place genuinely surprised me in the best way possible. It’s tucked right into Karpacz in a spot where you can actually walk to the main drag without feeling like you need to plan an expedition, which is honestly half the battle in mountain towns like this one.
The thing about Karpacz is that it can get pretty touristy, especially during ski season and summer hiking months, but the Tremonti manages to feel like you’re staying somewhere the locals would actually recommend to their relatives. The staff – and I mean this – actually seem to know the area beyond just pointing you toward Śnieżka. They’ll tell you which trails get crowded by 10 AM (spoiler: most of them) and where to grab decent pierogi that won’t cost you a small fortune. The rooms themselves have this clean, mountain-modern vibe without trying too hard to be rustic – you know, actual good wifi and shower pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices. I stayed on the third floor and honestly barely heard any street noise, which was a relief since some of these mountain hotels can get pretty echoey with all the stone and wood construction.
What really sold me on this place, though, was how it handles the practical stuff that travel websites never really prepare you for. Parking is actually sorted – no circling the block hoping for a miracle spot like you get with some of the smaller pensions in town. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no weird key deposit drama or confusing breakfast hour explanations. And the location really does work in your favor; you’re close enough to walk to the cable car station without breaking a sweat, but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually relax in the evenings. I mean, when you’re dealing with that 9.1 rating, you kind of expect things to work smoothly, but it’s nice when a place actually delivers on that promise. The breakfast spread was solid too – proper local stuff mixed with the standard hotel fare, and they kept it stocked even when the place was clearly busy with hiking groups. If you’re planning to tackle the Karkonosze trails or just want a decent base for exploring the area without dealing with the quirks of mountain accommodation, this place actually makes sense.

Our stay truly exceeded our expectations. We visited as a family to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish.
The staff were professional and attentive- not only during our stay but also in all email communication beforehand.
The highlight was the evening at the hotel’s restaurant. With world-class food, great entertainment and a beautifully presented birthday cake that made the celebration feel extra special.
The breakfast buffet was excellent- well-stocked, fresh, and offering a wide selection of Polish and continental dishes to suit everyone in our group.
The hotel itself is modern, clean with great facilities.
I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious, family- friendly destination- especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

The location is great—very close to the forest and the mountains, great for nature walks. The breakfast was superb, with a large variety of dishes to choose from. You won't be disappointed with breakfasts.
What could be improved: The room had a mountain view, which was great. However, there wasn't a writing table in our room, so it was hard to write by hand in bed all the time.

Very nice hotel in general, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, animation program from kids as well as some other activities that hotel provides or assists in booking. Great breakfast - a lot of options, practically everything I tasted was delicious. Dinner a la carte was also quite nice. Good location, close to ski resorts, yet location itself is rather calm.
What could be improved: Main disappointment was the pool and related facilities. Pool is rather small, outside pool was not working (water was not heated), lockers beside the pool did not work properly. Bathroom heater in the room was only lukewarm - it was hard to dry our clothes, towels, and swimsuits.

A clean, brand-new hotel with friendly staff. The buffet in the morning and evening is magnificent! If you dine at the à la carte restaurant, the menu is excellent and suits all tastes.
What could be improved: There is only one remark regarding a staff member at the reception—Anna. Her response was rude and arrogant. I believe that employees in this position should be reserved, courteous, and help guests find solutions to any issues, of course, within the scope of their stay at the hotel.

there are always things within hotels control and outside of it. 95% of what hotel could do was done to very high standard
What could be improved: hotels layout is a bit complicated and it would be great to get some walk around with a staff member after check in. we struggled for some time to find the way to our room.

Colours, materials, texture of the building materials, cleanliness, modernity, architecture, decorations, scent, two balconies with a nice view and many many more...
What could be improved: A bit brighter light to help shaving in the bathroom would do and a stand to work on a laptop, but these dont change overall opinion worth 10 points...
