TatraTravel VILA unlimited golf for 2 person incl
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first pulled into the Black Stork Golf Resort area in Veľká Lomnica – the name alone had me curious. But this TatraTravel vila? It’s actually something special, and I mean that in the best way possible. You know how some places just feel right the moment you walk in? This is one of those spots. The whole setup sits perfectly in the shadow of the High Tatras, and when you wake up in the morning, you’re looking at these dramatic peaks that make you feel like you’re in some kind of postcard.
The golf situation here is honestly the real deal – unlimited rounds for two people, which sounds almost too good to be true until you realize they actually mean it. I spent way too many hours out on that course, and the staff never made me feel like I was overstaying my welcome. The course itself winds through some seriously beautiful terrain, and you’ll find yourself stopping mid-swing just to take in the mountain views. What I really appreciated was how they handle the practical stuff – clubs are quality if you need them, the golf carts are well-maintained, and there’s always someone around who knows the course inside and out. The vila itself feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice place than a typical hotel room. It’s got that 4-star comfort level without being stuffy about it, and the space actually gives you room to spread out and relax after a day on the links.
Location-wise, you’re in this sweet spot where you feel tucked away from everything but you’re not actually isolated. Veľká Lomnica is one of those Slovak towns that locals love but tourists often miss – which honestly works in your favor because you get authentic mountain village vibes without the crowds. The area around Black Stork stays pretty quiet most evenings, so if you’re someone who needs proper sleep, you’ll actually get it here. Parking is straightforward (thank goodness), and the whole check-in process was refreshingly simple. I’d say the best time to visit is late spring through early fall when the weather cooperates with your golf plans, though I imagine winter here has its own appeal if you’re into that mountain snow scene. The rating of 9 out of 10 makes total sense once you’ve been here – it’s that combination of the unlimited golf access, the genuine mountain setting, and the fact that everything just works the way it should. If you’re serious about golf and want to play somewhere that feels like a discovery rather than a tourist trap, this vila delivers on that promise.
