The apartment (because that’s really what it is) sits right at number 2 on Strażacka, and parking was way easier than I expected – which, let’s be honest, is half the battle in these mountain towns. The whole setup feels very Polish hospitality meets modern comfort, if that makes sense.

What really sold me on the place was the attention to detail. The owners clearly put thought into what travelers actually need – proper blackout curtains (crucial when you’re trying to sleep off a day of hiking), a kitchen that’s actually functional if you want to grab groceries instead of eating out every meal, and honestly, just good wifi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes. The 9.5 rating it’s got makes total sense once you’re there. It’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works. The building’s got character too – you can tell it’s been around, but it’s been updated thoughtfully. I loved the morning light that comes through the windows, and you get these glimpses of the Sudeten Mountains between the neighboring buildings. During my stay in late spring, I could hear birds in the morning instead of traffic, which was such a nice change from city life.
