When I arrived here in autumn, I immediately noticed that even on gloomy days, the hotel somehow manages to stay bright and warm. Located on Європейська 27D, it sits in a fairly quiet area, though the town center is just a 10-minute walk away. Parking is free — a big plus, especially if you’re driving your own car like I was. The reception staff speaks Ukrainian and English, which is rare for small hotels in Polyana.
The rooms are quite spacious for a three-star level, with everything needed for comfortable accommodation. Wi-Fi works reliably (I tested it — even video calls go through without issues), the air conditioning does its job, and the windows offer pleasant views of the surroundings. Breakfast is included in the price — nothing extraordinary, but tasty and filling. I particularly enjoyed the local cheeses and homemade bread. The only thing that was slightly annoying were the thin walls, so if your neighbors like to talk loudly in the morning, it could become a problem.
With an 8.0 rating, the hotel fully meets expectations. It’s not a luxury resort, but for short-term stays or as a base for exploring the region — it’s an excellent choice. The price matches the quality, and the location allows easy access to both natural landmarks and cafes and restaurants. I would return here again, especially if I’m planning an active vacation in the Carpathians — it’s great for recovering after day hikes.

Сучасний гостьовий дім. Номер затишний, нові меблі, зручне ліжко, теплий. Білосніжна постіль і рушники. Поряд є гарні кафе, крамниці, ринок. Є вихід на річку. Чарівна і уважна хозяйка Тетяна. Дякую за чудовий відпочинок!
