Just got back from Солодка Мить in Slavske, and I can say — this is truly one of the best three-star hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Located at 49 Olhy Stepanivny Street, the hotel sits right in the heart of Slavske, which is incredibly convenient for those planning to ski or just explore local attractions. Parking is free (a rarity in the city center!), check-in was quick without unnecessary bureaucratic procedures — the staff is genuinely friendly and ready to help with any questions.
The rooms are clean and cozy, though the walls aren’t super thick — if you’re sensitive to noise, better ask for a room away from the main street. The breakfasts here are really delicious, especially the homemade syrniki and borscht (I recommend it!). In winter, the hotel becomes especially popular with skiers — the lifts are literally a 10-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient when you don’t want to deal with transportation in the morning. Summer is wonderful too — you can hike the mountain trails and return to the cozy hotel atmosphere in the evenings.
What I especially liked was the attention to details. There was always hot water in the room (which isn’t always a given in mountain hotels), WiFi worked stably, and on cold evenings the staff even brought extra blankets without being asked. For this price and with a rating of 10 points — this is really an excellent choice for a vacation in the Carpathians. I’ll definitely come back here again, maybe in spring when the mountains are especially beautiful.
