Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of mountain places, but this apartment on Komuny Paryskiej really gets it right. You know what struck me first? The location is actually perfect – you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the main ski lifts, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the chaos of tourists stumbling around at all hours. I mean, Karpacz can get pretty hectic during peak season, especially around the main drag, but this spot feels like a local secret.

The apartment itself – honestly, it’s one of those places where someone clearly thought about what skiers and hikers actually need. There’s proper space to dry your gear (trust me, this matters when you’re dealing with wet boots and gloves), and the kitchen is set up for real cooking, not just reheating instant noodles. The owners have this whole thing figured out – they know people come here to hit Śnieżka peak or spend all day on the slopes, so everything’s designed around that. The beds are actually comfortable too, which… well, you’d be surprised how many mountain places skimp on that. After a full day hiking up towards Śnieżka or bombing down the runs, you really feel the difference.

What I really appreciate is how they handle the practical stuff without making a big deal about it. Parking is sorted (huge relief in Karpacz, where finding a spot can be a nightmare), and they’re genuinely helpful with local intel – like which trails are best depending on conditions, or where to grab groceries without paying tourist prices. The whole building’s pretty quiet too, which is saying something since you’re still close enough to walk to restaurants and bars when you want them. I stayed during February when the snow was incredible, and honestly, the setup just worked. You wake up, look out at the mountains, gear up, and you’re on your way without any hassle. That 9.4 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be some fancy resort, it’s just really, really good at being exactly what you need for a proper mountain trip.

Clean, spacious, wood burner also made it cosy in the evenings. Well equipped kitchen and excellent coffee machine.
What could be improved: We arrived early from the UK but couldn't access the property until the allotted check in time even though the property had been cleaned and was vacant.

Sauber. Gutes Platzangebot. Gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz direkt davor. Kleiner Spielplatz auf dem Areal. Terrasse. Relativ ruhige Lage.
What could be improved: TV-Empfang & W-Lan war nicht/kompliziert 'steuerbar' bzw. haben wir uns mit dem 'Zugang' auch nicht ernsthaft beschäftigt.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Freunden und Hund zu Gast und hatten 4 entspannte Tage um Silvester herum. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und in die Schränke passte wirklich viel hinein. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin war sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet mit Kaffeevollautomat, 4 Herdplatten, Töpfen, Pfannen, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlschrank. Nicht zu vergessen die Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr gut erklärt, was die Wohnung, Einkäufe und Gastronomie betrifft und Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super osiedle , położone w przepięknym miejscu , bardzo blisko sklep. Sam apartament bardzo przestronny , czysty , zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzeba. Nic dodać nic ująć POLECAM w 100 % , wrócimy na pewno.

Wspaniały pobyt w fantastycznym miejscu. Piękny, komfortowo urządzony apartament, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami, na zamkniętym, strzeżonym osiedlu, z przydzielonym miejscem parkingowym. Przytulne sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami i miękką pościelą . Przestronny, widny salon połączony z kuchnią. Kuchnia funkcjonalna, bogato wyposażona. I nader przyjemny taras z meblami ogrodowymi, w sam raz na poranną kawę. Blisko sklep osiedlowy i przystanek autobusowy. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek z dala od gwaru i hałasu. Niezwykle sympatyczni gospodarze, pomocni, bardzo dobry kontakt. Kaucja w pełni zwrotna, przy zdawaniu kluczy.
