Сімейний номер 1 Садиба У Ані is a real gem for those seeking authentic relaxation in the Carpathians. Located in Synevyrsʼka Polyana, this three-star establishment impresses with its homely atmosphere and the hosts’ hospitality. Anya greets guests like family — always ready to recommend the best routes to Synevyr Lake (just 15 minutes on foot through the forest) or tell you where to buy the freshest Hutsul cheese. The room is truly family-sized — spacious, with a separate kitchen area where you can prepare breakfast with fresh products from the local market.
Parking is free right by the homestead, which is very convenient after a long drive through mountain serpentines. The hosts live right there, so check-in is possible at almost any time — just call ahead. Summer here is incredible: you can have breakfast on the terrace under apple trees, listening only to birdsong and the distant sound of cowbells. In winter, the coziness doubles — there’s a wonderful stove where it’s so pleasant to warm up after ski walks. The only downside (and that’s conditional) is the neighbor’s rooster that starts crowing at five in the morning, but honestly, this adds authenticity to rural life.
I especially loved the kitchen — fully equipped with everything necessary, from pots to a coffee maker. Anna even left homemade preserves and offered to taste mamalyga made from an old recipe. The internet works stably (tested — even video calls work without problems), but honestly, here you really want to disconnect from the entire digital world. The nearest store is a 5-minute walk, but it’s better to shop in Volovets on the way — there’s more selection. The 8.0 rating is well deserved, and I’ll definitely return here in autumn when the mountains dress in golden colors.
