SevenHills chalet turned out to be a real gem in Yablunytsya — one of those places you discover by accident and then keep recommending to friends. This three-star hotel is located on Horishkiv Street, and while the name might seem simple, the atmosphere here is quite special. When you arrive here in autumn, you understand why the owners chose exactly this name — you really feel that mountain magic that makes the Carpathians so appealing.
Parking here is free (which isn’t always obvious in mountain villages), and the reception staff is always ready to suggest the best hiking routes or where to buy fresh products at the local market. The rooms are quite cozy, though don’t expect five-star luxury — it’s more about simplicity and comfort. I especially loved that in the morning you can sit on the terrace with coffee and watch the fog dissipate over the mountains. The only thing that might be a bit bothersome is sounds from neighboring rooms (the walls aren’t the thickest), but in winter, when snow lies all around, the hotel becomes even more magical.
The 8.0 out of 10 rating here is well-deserved — SevenHills chalet doesn’t pretend to be the most luxurious place in Yablunytsya, but it definitely knows how to make your stay pleasant and memorable. I especially recommend it if you’re planning an active mountain vacation — it’s convenient to reach the main tourist routes from here, and in the evening you can return to a warm, welcoming place where there’s always hot water and Wi-Fi (which isn’t always guaranteed in mountain areas).
