Садиба У Ані номер 4 turned out to be a delightful discovery during our Carpathian trip. This cozy place is located right in the heart of Synevyrsʼka Polyana, and although it’s a three-star establishment, the atmosphere here is much warmer than any luxury hotel. The hosts are incredibly welcoming — they greeted us with homemade pastries and hot tea, which was simply invaluable after a long journey. The rooms are clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, though don’t expect any extras — everything here is simple but tasteful.
Parking is free right by the house, which is very convenient, especially if you’re traveling with a trunk full of tourist gear. Check-in was smooth — the hosts are always available and ready to help with any questions. Overall, this place is perfect for those who want to experience genuine Carpathian hospitality without unnecessary formalities. The only thing to keep in mind — it can get a bit chilly in the evenings during autumn, but that only adds charm to the mountain getaway.
The location is simply wonderful for exploring the surroundings — Synevyr Lake is just a stone’s throw away, and in the morning there’s a magical view of the forests from the window. The 8.0 rating is well-deserved — this is the kind of place you want to return to. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and homely atmosphere. If you’re looking for a genuine mountain retreat without pretensions to luxury, but with soul — this is your place.

Чистота. Достатньо велика кімната. Достатньо місця, щоб розкласти речі (на диван). Віддаленість в одночасно близькість до Синевирського озера - пішки йти десь 30 хв. На території є чан. Чисто, тепло (на вулиці вночі було -8, вдень +2). Мінікухня задовольняє всі потреби. З розташування можна піти на прогулянку до озера Синевир та в інший бік вздовж річки та до лісу.

Відпочиваємо у Ані вже вдруге ,комфортні номери,є все необхідне.Мальовниче місце,краєвиди просто нереальні,хороші піші маршрути поблизу .І окреме дякуємо Ані,дуже чуйна та привітна господиня❤️

Було чисто, є кухня, зручне ліжко, телебачення. Ми були в жовтні, і з вечора до ранку опалювали кімнату дай Боже 😄 Гарні привітні господарі. На території є альтанка, мангал. Дуже близько до озера Синевир. Поряд є ресторанчики та магазин. Також радимо відвідати національний природний парк з тваринами (їх тут декілька). Ще плюс в тому, що не треба...

Чудове розташування, поруч озеро. Біля будинку протікає річка, неймовірна краса навкруги. У нас була кімната, мабуть з найкращим краєвидом. Дуже привітні та доброзичливі власники. Поруч є прокат велосипедів, їздили до села Синевирська поляна (4 км), екопарк вовків (6,5 км), центр реабілітації бурих ведмедів ( 9 км) Можна піднятись на гору Озірну...
