Садиба “Джерело”

Садиба “Джерело” turned out to be a real gem during our trip to the Carpathians! Located right on Svobody Street in Yaremche, this three-star guesthouse welcomes guests with a cozy homey atmosphere and incredible mountain views. The hosts are absolute angels who know all the local trails and happily share secrets about where to go mushroom picking or find the best waterfalls. Parking is free right on the property (which is quite rare in Yaremche!), and check-in goes smoothly — they even welcomed us earlier than the official time.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with wooden décor elements that create authentic Hutsul charm. Breakfasts are homemade — borscht, potato pancakes, fresh cheese from local farmers, and the coffee is always hot. The only thing to keep in mind — summers can be a bit noisy due to proximity to the main street, but in autumn and winter perfect tranquility reigns. You can walk to Yaremche’s main attractions (Probiy waterfall, souvenir market) in 10-15 minutes, which is very convenient.

I especially loved the terrace with mountain views — in the evenings you can sit there with a cup of tea and simply enjoy the fresh air. The hosts also arrange transfers to the ski lifts (in winter it’s about 20 minutes to Bukovel), which is a real lifesaver. For this price and service level — definitely recommend it, especially for couples and families looking for an authentic Hutsul experience without unnecessary pompousness.
