Overview
Stayed at Room in An Old House last autumn, and it was truly a special place. Located on Solomii Krushelnytskoi Street, this three-star hotel is right in the center of Truskavets — literally a five-minute walk to the pump room with “Naftusya” mineral water. The house is indeed old, with those thick walls and high ceilings that keep the rooms cool even on hot days. Parking is a bit tricky (the street is narrow), but the hosts always suggest where to leave your car — usually on a neighboring street.
The room was simple but cozy — wooden furniture, clean white linens, and a window overlooking a quiet courtyard. The owners are very welcoming, check-in goes smoothly, though sometimes you have to wait a bit (they’re not sitting there 24/7 after all). No breakfast provided, but that’s not a problem — there are plenty of cafes around, and there’s a wonderful market with fresh produce just a five-minute walk away. Sound insulation is decent, though sometimes in the morning you can hear neighbors getting ready for their treatments — but it’s more endearing than annoying.
What I particularly liked was the authenticity. This isn’t some polished hotel with identical rooms, but a real old house with character. The 8.0 rating is well deserved — for the money, it’s an excellent choice for those coming to Truskavets for treatment or just to relax. In winter it would probably be chilly (the house is old after all), but in autumn it was comfortable. Will definitely return again.

Thé Host was very thoughtful. This place was authentic and we enjoyed our stay.
We loved staying in this recently updated room. The floor in the bathroom is heated and tiled and very nice. The beds were comfortable. The room is in an old house, but very well maintained. The family is nice, but we had very little interaction with them. The room has an external as well as internal door and both have good locks and we were given a key so we could lock up the room while we were out. It is in a very safe neighborhood on a main road. There is good parking. We would definitely stay there again. This was a hidden jewel, and such a great value! We felt very safe in western Ukraine in April 2023 and will go back again later in the year. I will attach a photo of the old wooden St. George Church in Drohobych which is nearby and a UNESCO heritage site worth visiting.
Чудовий номер, в етно стилі. Є все необхідне для проживання, в кожному номері душ, туалет. Загальна кухня з усім необхідним посудом, підлога з підігрівом, зручне ліжко, гарна тераса, хоча нею не користувалися бо зима, влітку там точно чудово. Приємна власниця Пані Ольга, зустрічає всіх гостей та проводжає як добрих друзів. Поряд центр, парк, АТБ, тихий район і є поряд парковка що зручно якщо подорожувати автомобілем. Гарною особливістю є домашні улюбленці собачка та котик, не нав'язливі, але йдуть на контакт якщо ви полюбляєте тварин. Затишний історичний будинок який разом з господарями приємно вразив теплотою та атмосферою

●Гостинність, душевність. Затишно. Відчуття, наче вдома. Приємно було бачити в вазах гілочки дерев, що розпустились.
●Йдуть на зустріч при вирішенні потреб чи питань.
●Достатньо місця на кухні та всього необхідного – для приготування їжі.
Уют, тепло я ощутила себя в детстве. А дворик вообще привел меня в восторг. Каждая деталь в доме наполнена любовью хозяев. И это передалось мне. когда буду следующий рас в Трускавце обязательно остановлюсь у вас.

Дякую, приїжджала в Трускавець з сином, попити цілющу водичку. Зупинились на з ночі в цьому будинку. Дуже турботливі господарі, чисте помешкання, все необхідне є, дуже зручне розташування. Дуже приємно і комфортно провели час у Трускавці.
Було дуже тепло чисто і тихо все, що потрібно для гарного відпочинку
