Richkas Chalet котедж з чаном-джакузі is a real gem for those looking for something special in Slavske. When we arrived in autumn, we immediately understood why this four-star cottage has such a high rating. Located on Taras Shevchenko Street, it’s a bit away from the main resort hustle, but that’s only a plus — quiet, peaceful, and still walking distance to the lifts.
The cottage itself looks like something from a postcard: wooden architecture, cozy rooms with everything you need, but the main highlight is that very hot tub-jacuzzi on the terrace. After a full day on the slopes, there’s nothing better than relaxing in hot water under the starry sky (even in winter it’s incredible!). The owners are very attentive to details: firewood for the tub is always available, towels are clean, and even the water heating works perfectly. Free parking right next to the house — for Slavske this is rare, especially during peak season.
What I particularly loved was the atmosphere of genuine mountain vacation without unnecessary pretentiousness. The kitchen is fully equipped (we made our own breakfasts), internet works stably, heating is powerful. In summer it’s probably wonderful too — the terrace offers a nice mountain view, and the hot tub can be used as a regular open-air bath. The only thing to keep in mind: this is a private cottage, not a hotel with reception, so check-in needs to be coordinated in advance. But the hosts are always in touch and will help with any questions.
