Radisson Blu Resort Bukovel really lived up to my expectations during ski season — this five-star hotel knows how to make your stay comfortable even on the coldest days. Located right next to the lifts, which is incredibly convenient when you’re hauling skis and all your gear. Parking is free (which was a pleasant surprise), though in winter you have to dig through some snow. The rooms are spacious with panoramic windows — you wake up in the morning to views of snow-covered slopes, and in the evening you can watch the snow cannons working. Breakfast is quite varied, with both Ukrainian dishes and European options.
The staff is friendly and English-speaking, which is important for international guests, but they communicate in Ukrainian without any problems too. The spa area became my salvation after a full day on the slopes — the sauna and pool are perfect for relaxing tired muscles. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricey (like everything in Bukovel in general), but the food quality is worthy. The only downside — in summer it can be quite noisy due to construction work nearby, but in winter you don’t notice it.
The location is ideal for skiers — literally a five-minute walk to the main trails. WiFi works stably even in the rooms, allowing you to stay connected. The rooms are well-heated, with a mini-bar and kettle. For this money (and it’s not small), you get genuinely quality service and amenities. If you’re planning an active mountain vacation and ready to pay for comfort — this is an excellent choice.
The luxury concierge service in the Carpathians offers personalized access to traditional craft workshops, fine mountain cuisine experiences, and VIP cultural events in this UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
