When I was looking for a place to stay outside the city, Pysana hata in Volosyanka turned out to be a real gem. This three-star hotel is located on Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street — a quiet little street where in the morning you’re woken up not by cars, but by birds. Parking is free and right at the entrance, which is very convenient, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. The reception staff is always friendly, and although check-in is officially at 2 PM, they let me leave my things in the morning.
The rooms at Pysana hata are genuinely cozy — you can feel that they thought about guest comfort here, rather than just placing standard furniture. The bathroom is clean, hot water is always available (I checked both morning and evening). Wi-Fi works steadily even on the second floor where I stayed. The only thing — the walls aren’t very thick, so if neighbors are noisy, you can hear conversations, but overall the hotel is peaceful.
Volosyanka is a small town where everything is within walking distance. It’s about five minutes to the center, there are several cafes and small shops. In autumn it’s especially beautiful here — yellow leaves, fresh air, perfect for those who are tired of city hustle. The price-quality ratio is excellent, especially considering that breakfast is included and quite varied. I’ll definitely come back here again, maybe in spring — curious to see how nature looks here in a different season.
