Just returned from Phoenix Relax Park in Bukovel, and the impressions were very positive. This four-star hotel really lives up to its name — you can truly relax here after an active day on the slopes. It’s located a bit away from the main tourist hustle, which is a big plus for those who value peace and quiet. Parking is free and quite spacious, though during peak days it’s better to arrive earlier.
The rooms are clean and cozy, with pleasant wooden decor that fits well into the mountain landscape. The heating worked excellently (important in February!), hot water was constant. The staff is friendly, though sometimes you have to wait a bit at reception during check-in — seems like they’re handling several tasks simultaneously. Breakfasts are varied, with local dishes alongside standard options. I especially liked the borscht and homemade pastries.
Regarding location, it’s about 10-15 minutes drive to the lifts, but the hotel provides a shuttle (better to check the schedule in advance). In the evenings, skiers gather in the lobby, sharing impressions from the slopes — I really enjoyed this relaxed atmosphere. The SPA area is small, but after a whole day in the cold, the sauna is exactly what you need. I recommend this hotel to those looking for a peaceful place with good value for money, especially for family vacations.
