You’re literally a ten-minute walk from Coresi Mall, which might not sound glamorous, but trust me, when you need groceries at 9 PM or want to grab coffee from that excellent little place on the ground floor, you’ll appreciate it. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet, especially in the evenings. I was worried about street noise since it’s not exactly a residential backwater, but the windows do their job well. There’s decent parking on the street too – not always guaranteed, but I never had to circle for more than five minutes.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there, if that makes sense. The kitchen has proper cookware (not those sad two-pot setups you usually find), and the living room genuinely works for hanging out, not just passing through. I spent a few evenings just reading on the couch, which says something about how comfortable the space feels.
