Just got back from Оберіг in Sheshory, and I can say — this is a real find for those looking for authentic Hutsul atmosphere without unnecessary pretension. This three-star hotel is located right in the heart of Sheshory, literally just a few minutes’ walk from the village center. Parking is free (which is rare in popular tourist spots), though there aren’t many spaces — better to arrive by evening. Staff is very friendly, check-in is quick, even when we arrived at 2 AM after a long drive from Kyiv.
Rooms are clean and cozy, with wooden furniture in traditional style — nothing too fancy, but everything you need is there. Wi-Fi works reliably (personally tested during work calls), hot water is available constantly. The only downside — walls are thin, so if neighbors are noisy, you might hear conversations. But in winter, when there are fewer tourists, this isn’t a problem. The hotel restaurant serves delicious homemade food — especially recommend the banosh and trout, everything fresh and authentic. Prices are reasonable, portions are large.
The biggest plus — location. From here it’s convenient to drive to Hoverla (45 minutes by car), Bukovel is very close, and you can walk to Probiy waterfall in half an hour. Hotel owners are happy to tell you about routes and can arrange transfers to the ski lifts. Overall, for the money this is an excellent choice — not luxurious, but very soulful and practical hotel for an active vacation in the Carpathians.
To book a hotel in the Carpathians during the popular ski season in Bukovel, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the region attracts mountain landscape enthusiasts and active recreation lovers from across the country.

Отличный домик, хорошие хозяева. Домик на две комнаты, просторный, есть все необходимые принадлежности (кухня, ванная комната). Все! Дуже гарне місце, неїмовірна природа, зручний домік, дуже привітні, чуйні господарі. Є мангал, дрова, шампура, сітка -безкоштовно! Ні чого з собою везти не потрібно. Гарне і тихе місце. Поруч водоспади і цікаві природні локації. Є все необхідне. Посуд, дрова, мангал, решітка для грилю і все інше. Привітний господар. Дуже хороші враження від перебування.

Все сподобалось безмежно - дім сучасний, охайний, чистота, шикарна веранда, простір подвір'я, неймовірні пейзажі, прекрасні хазяї. Дружелюбні котики і сусідська конячка, а також лелеки, що гуляють прямо за вікном, додають єднання з природою.

Гарне розташування, прямо під город, на яку можна навіть залізти. Також, є багато місць, які можна відвідати. Приємні власники, які одразу все підказували, або ж виправляли якісь недоліки. Є можливість домовитись про трансфер. Гарна веранда, на якій можна відпочивати чи обідати.
Все необхідне для комфорту проживання було в хатинці.
