NestG Guest House Overview

NestG Guest House is a real gem in the heart of Pilipets! When I first arrived here last winter, I immediately understood why this three-star hotel has such a perfect rating. Located on the central street at number 93, it’s literally just a few minutes’ walk from the main ski lifts. The owners are incredibly welcoming people who met me at seven in the morning (I arrived on a night bus) and even offered coffee while they prepared my room.

The hotel itself is small, but that’s its advantage — the atmosphere here is homey and cozy. The rooms are clean and warm, which is especially important in winter when it’s freezing outside. I had a room with mountain views — waking up to such scenery every morning is simply incredible! Wi-Fi works reliably (I was checking work emails), and hot water is always available. The only thing — the walls are a bit thin, so if neighbors are noisy, you might hear them, but I was lucky with quiet neighbors. Parking isn’t a problem — there’s a private area, though in winter it’s better to have winter tires (the mountain road can be slippery).

What I particularly loved — the hosts give wonderful advice about local hiking routes and can arrange transfers to the ski lifts if you don’t want to walk. You can also rent ski equipment here for reasonable prices. Breakfasts are simple but delicious — homemade cheese pancakes and aromatic coffee will definitely wake you up in the morning. In summer, they say it’s wonderful here too — you can hike in the mountains, and the hotel terrace becomes the perfect spot for evening relaxation. I’ll definitely return here again, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio.
