MARION SPA Hotel & Spa turned out to be a real gem in Urochyshche Vyshnya — I didn’t expect this level of service from a four-star hotel in the mountains. When we arrived at the renovated property, I was a bit worried, but everything turned out much better than it seemed. The rooms are fresh after the update, with nice views of the slopes, and most importantly — everything they promise actually works. The SPA area was a pleasant surprise after a day on the slopes (they do professional massages here, not just for show), and the pool is spacious enough that you don’t bump into other guests even during peak season.

Breakfast is included in the price and it’s not some dry toast — a proper buffet with hot dishes and local products. The restaurant operates all day, portions are generous, prices reasonable for a ski resort. The lounge bar is a nice place to unwind in the evening, the bartender knows cocktails, and the hookah bar (if that’s your thing) is located separately so it doesn’t bother others. Kids aren’t bored here either — there’s a special room with toys and animators on weekends. Parking is free and quite large, which is rare for Bukovel — usually you have to search for a spot for hours or pay extra.

Staff is friendly without being pushy, quickly resolve everyday issues. The grounds are compact but well thought out — you don’t have to walk far from your room to the elevators or restaurant. It’s about 10 minutes on foot to the lifts (you can use the hotel shuttle), which is convenient and not tiring. Overall, one of the best value-for-money options in the area, especially considering the included SPA and breakfast.
