The old town is maybe fifteen minutes by car, or you can catch a bus right from the mall. And here’s something the booking sites don’t tell you: parking is actually stress-free here. No circling blocks looking for a spot, no weird time restrictions. The staff was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that overly formal hotel speak, just helpful people who seemed to genuinely want you to have a good stay. I had an issue with the TV remote (totally my fault, I’m hopeless with technology), and they sorted it out in minutes without making me feel like an idiot.
