You know what really surprised me about Leśny Domek? I was expecting just another basic mountain rental, but this place actually feels like someone’s beloved family retreat that they decided to share with the world. The moment you pull up to ul. Sosnowa 2e, you’re surrounded by these towering pines that make the whole property feel like it’s tucked away in its own little forest pocket – which, honestly, it pretty much is.
The location is what really sold me on this place. I mean, you’re technically in Karpacz, but you’re far enough from the main tourist drag that you won’t hear drunk groups stumbling back from the bars at 2 AM. Instead, you get actual silence broken only by the occasional rustle of pine needles and maybe some early morning bird chatter. The apartment itself has this cozy, lived-in feel that’s become pretty rare these days – real wooden furniture, not that flat-pack stuff, and windows that actually frame the forest views instead of just claiming to have them. Parking was dead simple too, which anyone who’s dealt with Karpacz during ski season will appreciate.
What I really loved is how the place manages to feel both secluded and accessible at the same time. You can walk to the main town when you want restaurants or shops, but when you’re done with the tourist scene, you retreat back to what feels like your own private woodland hideaway. The host clearly knows the area well – they left some genuinely useful local tips, not just the generic “visit the castle” stuff everyone suggests. The 8.4 rating makes perfect sense when you actually stay here; it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it absolutely nails what it is trying to be. Fair warning though – if you’re someone who needs to be in the thick of things every night, this might feel a bit too peaceful. But if you’re looking for a place where you can actually hear yourself think after a day of hiking or skiing, and you want to wake up to trees instead of traffic, Leśny Domek gets it right.

Ein sehr wohnliches Haus mit allem was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.Die Tür zur Terasse lässt sich zwischenzeitlich auch öffnen. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort und dafür ist es perfekt.Für 6 Personen sind die Betten etwas klein.
Die schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, ebenso die Rückgabe.
What could be improved: Zwischenzeitlich wurde oberhalb des Hauses ein sehr großes Appartementhitel gebaut. Den Ausblick stört es nicht, da das Haus unterhalb liegt und sämtliche Fenster in Richtung Wald gehen. Zu unserer Zeit war das Hotel noch im Innenausbau. Es gab nich keine Besucher, daher war es sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Könnte sich allerdings nach Eröffnung jedoch ändern.

Das Haus hatte eine wunderbar ruhige Lage, war für uns 8 Personen völlig ausreichen an Platz! Es Hatte eine große Terrasse und zwei Bäder die schön sauber wahren. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Preis Leistung war sehr gut!
What could be improved: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Betten mit 1,60m etwas zu schmal.

Das Haus liegt Mitten im Wald, links und rechts befinden sich zwei kleine Häuser. Etwas oberhalb steht ein großer Hotelkomplex, von dem man aber nicht viel mitbekommt.
Die Terassentür funktioniert wieder. Dafür musste scheinbar die darunter befindliche Fliesenreihe demontiert werden. Das stört aber nur das optische Auge. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden.
What could be improved: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Decke zum OG besteht nur aus einfachen Dielen ohne Geräuschdämmung. Entsprechend hört man alles im gesamten Haus.

What could be improved: Odbiór i zwrot kluczy ! w pensjonacie oddalonym o 15 minut drogi od domku. Dodatkowo jak można żądać zapłaty za przyjazd po 20?, szczególnie, że trzeba samemu jechać po klucze i je odwozić wracając. Zejście z parkingu nie jest komfortowe (200 m po stromych i mokrych (po deszczu) schodach. Lepiej jeśli byłaby opcja wjechania na posesję od dołu (jest brama). Brakowało wieszaków w łazienkach, nie dało się powiesić ręczników czy ubrania. Łóżko dwuosobowe szer. 140 cm zdecydowanie nie dla osób pow. 170 cm wzrostu, dodatkowo bardzo miękkie materace. Internet działał tylko pierwszego dnia, a w kolejnych w domkach obok byli goście i niestety nie działał praktycznie wcale. Podobnie cisza była pierwszego wieczora, ale ogólnie to spokojne miejsce.

Lokalizacja, przyjemny taras, dom jest przestronny, dwie łazienki z prysznicami to duży plus. Kilka szlaków dostępnych bez ruszania samochodu. Sąsiedztwo wielkiego okropnego hotelu, nie jest tak uciążliwe, jak się obawiałam.
What could be improved: Konieczność odebrania i odwiezienia klucza w inne miejsce w Karpaczu! Opłata 200 zł za odebranie klucza po 20.00! To są rozwiązania zupełnie niedzisiejsze, zwłaszcza jeśli ktoś prowadzi równolegle pensjonat. Poza tym, takie informacje powinny być dostępne na poziomie ogłoszenia, a nie dopiero w mailu zwrotnym po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji i jej opłaceniu. Dojście z parkingu stromą ścieżką, bez bagaży bez problemu, z torbami niełatwe. Za mało naczyń na 8 osób ( np. tylko 7 talerzy śniadaniowych). Bardzo miękkie materace w łóżkach. Brak izolacji ścian i stropu. Jeśli ktoś musi spać na sofie na dole, ma przechlapane.
