Карпатська садиба Overview
Карпатська садиба turned out to be a real discovery during my trip to Plav’ya last summer. This three-star hotel is located in a quiet corner on Vadrusivka street — a place so peaceful that the only sound in the morning was birds chirping. Parking is free right at the hotel (which isn’t always a given in the Carpathians), and check-in was quick, though the hosts recommended arriving before 8 PM since there can be issues with road lighting later.
The rooms turned out to be simple but cozy — wooden furniture, clean bedding and towels, everything you need is there. The shower worked great, though hot water didn’t come immediately (you need to wait a bit). What impressed me most was the view from the window of the Carpathian slopes — especially beautiful during morning fog. Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby, a bit worse in the room, but for a vacation that’s actually a plus. The hosts are very welcoming, happy to tell you about local trails and where to eat delicious Hutsul cuisine (by the way, breakfasts at the hotel are pretty good too, though the menu is limited).
What I particularly liked was the authentic atmosphere and absence of tourist hustle and bustle. Карпатська садиба is perfect for those looking for a real nature retreat but not ready for extreme conditions. In summer it’s ideal for hiking, and in winter, as locals told me, it’s very cozy by the fireplace. For the price and with a rating of 8.0 — I can definitely recommend it.

Неймовірне місце для відпочинку в самому серці Плавье! Будинок дуже затишний, облаштований з душею і продуманими деталями, які створюють атмосферу тепла та комфорту. З вікон відкривається захоплюючий краєвид на гори – просто мрія! Тут можна по-справжньому відчути єднання з природою та забути про міську метушню. Чудово підходить для проведення часу...

Гарна садиба, зручна для відпочинку як сімейного так і компанією. Всі необхідні зручності є в будиночку. Також, на території є сауна і чан. Зручний доїзд. Садиба знаходиться поруч з гірськолижним курортом "Плай", що дозволяє ще краще організувати відпочинок.

Щиро вдячна пану Михайлу і пані Марії!!! Наш автобус зламався, пан Михайло забирав нас на власному автомобілі, робили пару ходок! Якби не він ми пів відпочинку б втратили 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Сподобалось абсолютно все!!! Дуже хороші люди! Їхали на одну добу, цього було дуже мало ☺️

чудові господарі. Ми приїхали на годину раніше, тому наш будиночок ще не був готовий. Проте нам запропонували переодягнутися та поплавати в басейні. Дуже гарний, комфортний котедж, недавно збудований, запах дерева неперевершений.
Можна на велику компанію. Є басейн, мангал, альтанки, майданчик. Нам дозволили порибалити на території.
Близько магазин.
Добре підходить для сімей з дітьми.

Нас відпочивало 10 людей. Нам все дуже сподобалось. Дім шикарний, територія чиста, гарна, є басейн з підігрівом, є нічна підсвітка яка дуже гарно переливається. Є місце пограти у бадмінтон, покидати тарілку (фрізбі).
В кімнатах у всіх телевізори, шкафи, тумбочки.
А краєвид просто нереальний. Зі всіх сторін, з кожної кімнати дуже гарно.
