When I first walked up to the building on Myśliwska street, I was expecting some over-the-top resort experience, but instead found this perfectly comfortable apartment-style place that just… works really well.

The location is honestly pretty sweet if you know Karpacz at all. You’re tucked away on a quieter side street – 5e Myśliwska specifically – so you don’t get the constant tourist foot traffic from the main drag, but you can still walk to everything that matters in about ten minutes. The building itself has that modern Polish mountain architecture thing going on, nothing too flashy but clean and well-maintained. What I really appreciated was how they’ve set up the apartments – they actually feel like apartments, not hotel rooms pretending to be apartments. The kitchenette was properly equipped (I made coffee every morning without any drama), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase the whole time.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before I went: parking is available but fills up during peak season, so if you’re driving up for weekend skiing or summer hiking, get there earlier rather than later. The staff genuinely seems to care about the place – check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about local hiking trails, the person at the desk actually knew what they were talking about instead of just handing me a generic brochure. The 9.1 rating makes sense when you experience it; it’s not trying to be some luxury mountain resort, but everything they do offer works properly. The wifi was solid (important if you’re mixing work with vacation), the beds were comfortable, and honestly the whole place just felt… reliable? That might sound boring, but when you’re planning to spend your days out exploring the Karkonosze mountains and just want somewhere clean and functional to come back to, reliable is exactly what you want. Plus, being in apartment-style accommodation means you can grab groceries and save money on meals if you want to – something that’s particularly nice if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with kids who have specific food preferences.
