It’s tucked away on a quiet residential street, but honestly, the location couldn’t be better — you’re literally in the heart of Brașov‘s old town. The building itself has this understated charm that fits perfectly with the medieval neighborhood around it. What really caught my attention right away was seeing actual parking spaces right there on the property, which — trust me — is like striking gold in this part of the city.
The Heart of Old Town
This four-star property sits in what locals consider the absolute sweet spot of Brașov’s historic center. You can walk to Council Square (Piața Sfatului) in about three minutes, and the Black Church is practically around the corner. I mean, couples rate the location 9.9 out of 10, and after staying here, I totally get why. You’re close enough to everything that matters — the restaurants, the main pedestrian areas, those Instagram-worthy medieval streets — but far enough from the tourist crowds that you actually get some peace when you want it.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. There’s a proper kitchen setup that’s actually functional (not just for show), which comes in handy when you want to grab some local cheese and wine from the market and have a quiet evening in. The space is thoughtfully designed — modern amenities without losing that Romanian character that makes staying here feel authentic. Everything works properly, the Wi-Fi is solid, and honestly, the whole place just feels comfortable in a way that some fancier hotels miss.

What makes this spot special isn’t just being central — it’s being central in the right way. You’re on Strada Castelului, which connects you to all the main attractions without the noise and chaos of being directly on them. The Tampa Cable Car station is a short walk when you want those mountain views, and you can easily explore the Citadel area or wander down to the newer parts of town. Plus, having that private parking means you can actually use Brașov as a base for day trips to places like Bran Castle or Peleș Castle without the headache of finding somewhere to leave your car.

That cosy and brand new room is nearby the Oldtown and the Cablecar station.The owner Gina and her mom are so nice and do really good work together. The Apartment is very clean and nice decorated.The bed is really big and very comfortable, but also the sleeping couch was very okay.

The apartment has a fine size for two or three persons, two rooms and a kitchen and all the remedies you need plus a washing machine and a dishwasher. The double bed seemed to be new, and the big wardrobe was great to have.
The apartment is 20 metres from the street, so it was very quiet, no street noise. Brasovs old city center is 5 minutes walk away. Here you have plenty of restaurants to choose from. A cafe is two minutes down the street. There are two TVs if you need to watch this after walking in this wonderful city. The Wifi has a tremendous speed of at least 350 mb download and 450 uploads. The fastest I have met when traveling the World.

The location was excellent, and Gina, our host, was incredibly friendly and always available. Despite our train arriving late in Brașov, she waited at the apartment to hand over the keys and welcomed us with warm hugs, making us feel like family. She was also kind enough to let us check out late since our train to Sibiu was in the afternoon. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this place.

The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the water hot, it was full of light and has all you need for an enjoyable stay. There is parking but you need to advise it is required. Our host was communicative, friendly, and very helpful.
This is hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details (washer, outlets near the bed, plenty of pillows). The kitchen has everything we need to cook most of our meals. The host, Gina, is kind and attentive. After traveling for nine months, this was the best bed we have come across. Like seriously comfortable. The location is in the heart of Old Town and walking distance to all of the main attractions. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat.

The apt is located in very quiet place, really close to city center (few min walk), main square and many shops and restaurants, and also to Tampa park and funicular for going up to Tampa mountain.
The place has a parking spot which is reserved by the owner, because this area is very limited with parking places. Our car plans changed last minute and we arrived to Braşov by train and took Uber (~10min) to get to the place.
Gina, the owner, welcomed us and was very kind and helpful with every question we had and also helped us with other local info like airport shuttle, restos and groceries. The communication with her was super good, since the moment of booking until we left. Very easy check-in and check-out.
The apt itself was more than comfortable and cozy for us and included all we needed - the kitchen, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker. Coffee, candies and fruits was a nice surprise). Bathroom is equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and there was also a bed for kid if needed. All you have to bring is your baggage.
Highly recommended and we will back there for sure if we back to Braşov.

Everything was great, nice clean, cosy 1 bed apartment in the old city, walking distance to everywhere, quiet as its off street a bit in a private gated area. Newly done inside with great decor we loved our short stay.Gina the host was amazing , she talked us through all that we should know, was waiting for us with a key making sure all is delivered and we are good with all. Location the best in Brashov.
