Parking is straightforward, which anyone who’s driven through Predeal’s narrow streets will appreciate – you don’t have to navigate some impossible underground garage or hunt for street spots.

The location is actually perfect if you know what you’re looking for. Sure, you’re not right in the thick of things on Mihail Saulescu Boulevard, but that’s precisely why it works. You’re close enough to walk to the main restaurants and shops (maybe 5-7 minutes on foot), but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the noise and crowds that come with being in the absolute center. I slept incredibly well here – no street noise, no slamming doors from neighboring rooms. The 8.3 rating makes complete sense once you spend a night or two; it’s the kind of place that does everything well without trying too hard. If you’re the type of traveler who appreciates quality over flashiness and wants to feel like you’re staying somewhere that locals would actually recommend to their friends, Hotel Orizont delivers on that promise. Just don’t expect a resort experience – this is mountain hospitality done right, which is exactly what Predeal is all about.
