The name’s a bit of a mouthful, and the location in Murzasichle isn’t exactly where you’d think to look for a spa retreat. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are tucked away in places you’d never think to search.
This 4-star spot sits right in the foothills area, and I mean that literally – step outside and you’re basically staring up at the Tatra range. The hotel itself has this interesting mix going on where it’s clearly designed for wellness (hence the “Fizjo-Med” part), but it doesn’t feel clinical or sterile like some medical spas can. The building’s got clean lines but warm touches, and honestly, the whole setup makes sense once you realize this area has been drawing people for therapeutic treatments for decades. What really got me was how quiet it is here – you’re close enough to Zakopane that you can easily drive there for dinner or shopping (maybe 15 minutes), but far enough away that you don’t deal with the tourist crowds or that constant buzz of activity.
The spa facilities are where this place really shines, and I’m talking about actual therapeutic treatments, not just your standard massage menu. They’ve got hydrotherapy setups, specialized physiotherapy equipment, and staff who clearly know their stuff when it comes to rehabilitation and wellness treatments. The pool area stays pleasantly uncrowded – I think because a lot of guests are here for specific medical treatments rather than just vacation lounging. Parking’s straightforward (always a relief in this part of Poland), and the check-in staff actually remembered my name by day two, which doesn’t happen often at hotels anymore. The rooms themselves are comfortable without being fancy – think modern furnishings, good lighting, and those little touches that show someone put thought into the guest experience. My room had a decent view toward the mountains, though honestly, you’ll want to spend time in the common areas where the panorama is really spectacular.
What strikes me most about this place is how it manages to feel both professional and relaxing. You’ll see guests here for serious recovery work alongside others who just want a peaceful mountain retreat with excellent spa services. The 9-rating makes total sense when you consider what they’re actually delivering – this isn’t trying to be a luxury resort, but it absolutely nails what it sets out to do. If you’re looking for nightlife or constant entertainment, this isn’t your spot. But if you want genuine therapeutic treatments, mountain air that actually feels different in your lungs, and the kind of quiet that lets you hear yourself think again, well – you could do a lot worse than this unassuming gem tucked away in Murzasichle.

We like our leisure in this hotel. It is nice and cozy hotel with nice views, also rooms have very big bathroom. In the reception we got all information we need, receptionist was very helpful and smiling.
Also I like wide selection of breakfast, everything was really tasty and you could try polish dishes.
