Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Hotel Konradówka – I mean, it’s tucked away on Nad Łomnicą street in what feels like a quiet residential pocket of Karpacz. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you from the curb. The building has this solid, unpretentious look that actually grew on me, and once you’re inside, it’s clear they’ve put their energy into the stuff that matters.
The wellness center here is genuinely good – not just some afterthought spa thrown into a corner. I spent way too much time in their sauna area, and the treatments actually felt professional rather than rushed. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything stays; even when the hotel’s busy, you’re not fighting crowds for pool time or dealing with that chaotic resort vibe. The rooms are clean and comfortable without being fancy – sort of what you’d want after a long day hiking in the Karkonosze. My room faced toward the town center, and I could actually see the main pedestrian area from my window, which made it easy to gauge how busy things were before heading out.
Speaking of heading out – and this is key – you really are about five minutes from all the main Karpacz action. The cable car to Śnieżka is basically a straight shot down the hill, and you can walk to the main promenade without breaking a sweat. But here’s the thing I didn’t realize until my second day: being just slightly removed from the tourist chaos means you get actual sleep at night. No drunk groups stumbling past your window at 2 AM, no street vendors setting up at dawn. The location hits that sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything but far enough away to feel like you’re staying somewhere locals might actually choose. Parking was straightforward too – I know that sounds boring, but try finding a decent spot near the main hotels during peak season and you’ll appreciate having your own space. The staff seemed to know the area well; when I asked about hiking trails that weren’t completely overrun, they pointed me toward some routes I definitely wouldn’t have found on my own. For a 3-star place with a 9 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises without the inflated prices you get closer to the main strip.

Variety of food for breakfast is just stunning! Fresh ginger to prepare husband's favorite tea I haven't seen in other hotels ever before. Also Cocoa powder was great plus.
Our large room smelled great for the whole three days.
Water in the pool has great temperature (by guess around 28-29°C)
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, there was not a single mark on the large glas shower cabin - wow.

Overall the Konradowka experience feels more like a good 4* hotel.
What could be improved: Just few points that could be an improvement:

Wi-Fi (in room 107 not working at all)
I totally missed BACON for breakfast
Water temp in both whirpools could be higher
Steam bath could be improved by adding essences (Eucalyptus etc.)
My one and only real complaint Is the fact that sauna is allowed in swimm suits. That Is against all rules of sauna procedures!
In case you are used to have a developed true spa/wellness routine, you must lower your standards here. It is very unfortunate, cause getting people sheets for sauna (and keep the rule of nudity), adding Eucalyptus to the steam and having hotter water in the hot tubes would do a big diference and make it a true spa experience. But we have high standards and expect them everywhere, where called "wellness spa hotel", but specially in Poland, so known for great sauna ceremonies, it was a bit disappointing.

Location, staff, service, comfortable and quiet rooms (at min no2), rich breakfasts, large pool, nice saunas and jacuzzi.
Even the owner is a friendly man :)
What could be improved: The rest zone in the spa zone was just an empty silent room with no chairs nor deckchairs.
The parking lot is mostly space around curvy and hilly road around the hotel, where it's uneasy to find a free spot during peak hours/days. Some parking spot reservation system would help in my opinion.

Breakfast and dinner were buffet and had a lot of choice, and was delicious.
What could be improved: Internet was slow and hard to connect.

The hotel staff was nice, the breakfast was really good with a great variety of meals, the location was excellent, the swimming pool was nice too. Parking was included and next to the hotel.
What could be improved: We were close to the wellness zone and there was a strong chlorine odor on the hallway.

The food and the breakfast served by the hotel are just outstanding. Also, the bar is well stocked, plus the barman is an excellent professional, and he really knows his trade.
What could be improved: We couldn't book the massage even if we arrived before check-in time. Also, the hotel should buy more bathrobes if you have a pool. The excuse that they don't have clean bathrobes because they don't have enough staff doesn't fly.
