Hostynnyy Dvir Apartament Hotel & SPA turned out to be a real discovery during my trip to Slavske last winter. Located on Ustyianovycha street, 65, this four-star establishment truly impresses with its combination of homey coziness and hotel service. I especially loved that it’s not a regular hotel, but actual apartments — my room had a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes, which is super convenient after a whole day on the slopes. Parking is free and located right next to the building, which is incredibly important in winter (nobody wants to clear snow off their car somewhere a kilometer away from the hotel).

The reception staff is very friendly and always ready to help organize transfers to the ski lifts — it’s about 10 minutes by car. The SPA area was a pleasant bonus after active days: the sauna works until late evening, and the massage is truly professional. Breakfasts are quite varied, though don’t expect some super-wide selection — this is still a mountain resort, not an urban five-star monster. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice mountain views (if you’re lucky with the location). WiFi works stably, which is important for those who can’t completely disconnect from work. The only downside — walls aren’t perfectly soundproofed, so if you have neighbors who love loud parties, it might get a bit noisy. But overall, this is a wonderful place for a vacation in the Carpathians, especially if you value the balance between comfort and homey atmosphere.
