You know what struck me first about Górskie Szczyty Apart? The name’s a mouthful, sure, but honestly – they deliver on every single promise packed into those words. I mean, mountain peaks, spa, sauna, jacuzzi AND parking included? In Zakopane? That alone had me skeptical until I actually stayed there.

The location on Żeromskiego street is pretty clever – you’re close enough to hear the evening buzz from the town center (maybe a 12-minute walk to Krupówki if you’re not dragging luggage), but far enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. The building itself sits in this residential pocket where you’ll see more locals than selfie sticks, which I actually loved. Parking was legitimately included and secure, which saved me probably 20 złoty a night – small thing, but it adds up when you’re exploring the Tatras for a week.

Here’s the thing about the spa facilities though – they’re not massive, but they’re thoughtfully done. The jacuzzi fits maybe four people comfortably, and the sauna… well, after hiking Morskie Oko or dealing with Zakopane’s winter winds, it’s exactly what your muscles are begging for. I spent probably an hour in there after my Gubałówka trip, just decompressing. The apartment itself surprised me too – kitchen actually had decent cookware (rare in these mountain rentals), and the windows face toward the peaks. On clear mornings, you can see Giewont while drinking your coffee, which beats any hotel lobby view I’ve experienced. The bed was firm enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling bears all night, and honestly, the whole place felt clean without that over-sanitized hotel smell.

Staff was refreshingly straightforward – no fake smiles or tourist-trap energy, just helpful when you need something and otherwise let you be. They actually knew hiking conditions when I asked, not just generic “oh yes, very beautiful” responses. The 9 rating makes sense once you factor in value – this isn’t luxury, but it’s solid comfort with genuine mountain character. I’d definitely book it again, especially in shoulder season when Zakopane gets a bit quieter and you can really appreciate having your own space with those spa perks included.
