ҐОНТА – КОТЕДЖ з виглядом на гори,тераса,балкон turned out to be a real gem during our trip to Slavske last winter. This three-star cottage is located on Danyla Halytskoho Street, a bit away from the main tourist hustle, which is actually a big plus — it’s quiet and peaceful here, especially in the evenings. Parking is free right next to the house (which isn’t always obvious in Slavske), and we had no problems leaving our car there overnight.

What impressed me most was the terrace with mountain views — having morning coffee there is simply incredible, especially when the sun is just beginning to illuminate the snow-covered peaks. The balcony is also useful for airing out and taking small breaks in the fresh air. Inside, everything is quite simple but functional: there’s everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen is equipped with basic things for cooking. The owners are very friendly and helped us with advice about the best skiing trails — they definitely know the area like the back of their hand.

The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a cottage, so the heating sometimes needs time to properly warm up the space (especially after a whole day on the slopes). But overall, for this price and with this location — it’s a wonderful option for those who want to be closer to nature but aren’t ready to sacrifice basic comfort. The 8.0 rating is well-deserved, and we would definitely come back here again.
