These apartments sit right on Okrzei Street, which puts you in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to Karpacz’s main action but far enough that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos at all hours.

The thing that struck me right away was how these places feel like actual homes, not hotel rooms dressed up as apartments. I mean, the kitchens have proper cookware – not those flimsy pans that make you question your life choices – and there’s enough counter space to actually prep a meal if you want to save some złoty instead of eating out every night. The living areas have this modern mountain vibe going on, sort of minimalist but warm, with windows that frame the Sudeten peaks pretty perfectly. What really got me though was the attention to small stuff – decent WiFi (actually tested it on video calls), blackout curtains that work, and bathrooms with water pressure that doesn’t make you feel like you’re being gently misted by an apologetic cloud.

Location-wise, you’re about a ten-minute walk to the cable car station if you’re heading up to Śnieżka, and there’s this little grocery store practically next door that locals use – always a good sign. The parking situation is actually sorted, which anyone who’s driven around Polish mountain towns in summer will appreciate. I noticed the place stays pretty quiet even when Karpacz gets busy during hiking season, probably because it’s just off the main tourist drag but still walkable to everything. Very convenient check in. The property was well equipped. We had everything we needed. It was nice and warm. There were plenty of restaurants in the area.

We arrived sooner than agreed and called the number printed on the office door as the office was closed. The lady who supposed to check us in made no fuss and arrived 10 minutes after being called. She offered even to give us a lift to the apartment, but we have had too much luggage to fit into her car so we called a taxi. The apartment was clean and warm, quiet and located very central to the main street and 10 minutes walk to Biały Jar, Winterpol ski lift that has snow lasting to up to 12 degrees Celsius. We traveled with a 7 years old, we went skiing every day, so it was important to us to have a good night sleep and facilities to dry our gear. The apartment provided both. We did not use car parking that was available to the residents as we did not have a car. The apartment was more spacious than it looked on the pictures. It was also located to the back, with balcony facing green area and the fence and therefore really quiet. There were only 2 chairs in the apartment but we took the third one from the balcony. We liked the location, the apartment and the overall experience and I can really recommend it to families and people who appreciate good night sleep and cleanliness.
What could be improved: No complaints.

Doskonale wyposażony apartament, w który z łatwością zmieści się 6 osób. Dwie łazienki, w tym jedna dodatkowo z sauną dodatkowo podnoszą komfort pobytu. Dla gotujących na miejscu świetnie urządzona kuchnia, w której były nawet zostawione tabletki do zmywarki. Duży stół w jadalni i komfortowa strefa wypoczynkowa. Położenie w pięknie utrzymanym ogrodzie ze starymi modrzewiami i świerkami zapewnia spokój i ciszę.
What could be improved: Apartament dla 6 lub więcej osób dysponuje tylko jednym miejscem parkingowym więc może być kłopot ze znalezieniem miejsca dla dodatkowych samochodów, zwłaszcza w szczycie sezonu. Przy dłuższym pobycie, szczególnie z dziećmi, mogłaby przydać się pralka. Przy krótszych raczej nie ma takiego problemu.

Super lokalizacja - właściwie przy głównym deptaku. Kilkadziesiąt metrów do sklepu oraz piekarni/ pączkarni w której codziennie rano kupowaliśmy ciepłe pączki. Bardzo ładne duże mieszkanie. Miejsce w podziemnym garażu. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy ze skrytki. Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunami apartamentu w tematach płatności/ innej godziny zameldowania/ parkingu itd. W apartamentcie kolonialnym dwie łazienki! 😁 Ciepłe grzejniki w połowie maja (idealnie bo w górach śnieg i przymrozki więc ubrania szybko wyschły). Wyjątkowo starannie wysprzątane i przygotowanie mieszkanie na nasz przyjazd. W szafach wszystko czego dusza zapragnie, suszarki do włosów itd. kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Spędziliśmy w komfortowych warunkach kilka dni wakacji grupą 7 osób. Szczerze polecam
What could be improved: Krzesła wymagają wymiany tapicerki lub pokrowców ale to na prawdę drobiazg. Mieszkanie pierwsza klasa!

Pierwszy raz korzystalismy z takiej formy zakwaterowania i balismy sie jak sobie poradzimy. Sms jaki otrzymalismy byl wystarczajaco pomocny ,odebralismy klucze i latwo je zdalismy - wszystko bylo zgodne ze zdjeciami i opisem.
What could be improved: Sasiedzi z pietra wyzej ktorzy do godziny pierwszej w nocy wychodzili na taras na papierosa i bardzo glosno rozmawiali ale to juz raczej swiadczy o ich braku kultury.
