You know what? Dom Wczasowo Rekreacyjny Zgoda isn’t going to win any Instagram contests, but honestly, that’s kind of the point. This little 3-star spot on Ulica Pusta (and yes, “Empty Street” is actually its name – Polish humor at work) sits in this quiet residential pocket of Karpacz where you can actually hear birds instead of tour buses revving their engines at 7 AM.
I’ll be straight with you – the name’s a mouthful, and locals just call it “Dom Zgoda” anyway. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense Polish mountain architecture thing going on, sort of like someone’s well-kept family pension that decided to go semi-commercial. What really sold me on the place was how the owner genuinely seemed to care about whether I knew where the good hiking trails started (hint: not the crowded ones everyone talks about). The rooms are clean and functional – I mean, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or anything fancy, but the beds are actually comfortable and the heating works properly, which matters more than you’d think when you’re this close to the Sudetes in shoulder season. There’s this lived-in quality to everything that feels authentic rather than shabby, if that makes sense.
The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in Karpacz but not *in* the chaos of it all. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk from the main drag with all the restaurants and souvenir shops, but far enough up the hill that you miss most of the evening noise from the bars near the train station. Plus – and this is key – there’s actual parking here, which is like finding gold during peak summer months when half the hotels just shrug and point you toward some sketchy lot three blocks away. The 7.9 rating feels about right; it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend most of my time outdoors anyway. Sometimes you just want a clean, quiet base camp run by people who know their stuff, and that’s exactly what Dom Zgoda gives you.

The location was really nice. Close to restaurants and ski slope. The stuff was really friendly. We also enjoyed a breakfast served.
What could be improved: Pillows, blankets, and bed linen were like 100% poliester, so it it becomes electrified and electrocutes a little.

Great location and tasty food
What could be improved: The room was completely different to what we have booked. People were also complaining about the size. All photos uploaded on booking.com have nothing to do with the actual room. It looks like they have split one room into two rooms !!! This is unacceptable. There was no room in the room, it was that small.

The service was perfect and breakfast very big and delicious. A huge buffet with variety of dishes.

Breakfast was really good, great selection, everything was tasty
What could be improved: The rooms are new but finished to a very poor standard, holes in walls, crooked shelves etc. My room didn’t have a single chair, or a glass/cup. Side table only. A double duvet was fitted into a single duvet cover. And most of all you hear everything between rooms! Literally everything!

Location and a self service breakfast was good.
What could be improved: As soon as we arrived at the guest house, we were very unpleasantly received. I was looking for a parking place and called the front desk trying to ask where I could park. The lady replied that she would not speak with me because ... she serves guests. And she dropped the phone. And who the hell were we? This incident spoiled my enjoyment of being here.

Location is good, close to ski arena and lifts by walk. They also have a nice breakfast.
What could be improved: I think the room given to us was either not finished or it was poorly made due to renovation. There were somethings left from other guests before us probably, either not cleaned properly or forgotten but made us question the overall cleanliness of the place. The room had a bit weird cold airflow somewhere i couldn't figure out but I kept waking p due to cold at night. The staff is good and helpful though but i wish they were a bit more flexible on the check in-out hours. But overall it wasn’t bad.

Spędziliśmy tylko kilka dni ale dom wczasowy posiada wszystko co potrzebne. Pokój przestrzenny, czysty z wyjściem na taras, śniadanie z dużym wyborem, obsługa mila i pomocna ( specjalne podziękowania dla pani Natali i pani brunetki, które nam pomogły z sytuacją z kluczem 😉) Hot tub na dachu jest fantastyczny po spędzeniu całego dnia w górach z pięknym widokiem na Śnieżkę.
Dom wczasowy jest położony blisko szlaków i ma parking dla klientów.
Zdecydowanie godny polecenia i my jeszcze wrócimy 😀

Czystość, obsługa klienta podczas zameldowania, dobra cena i lokalizacja bliska wszelkich szlaków i Parku.
Na wielki plus śniadania - bogaty szwedzki stół i przepyszne jedzenie.
