The water temperature was spot-on too, which matters more than you’d think when it’s chilly outside. And listen, with a 9.5 rating, I was expecting good things, but the attention to detail really showed – towels that were actually fluffy, pool area that didn’t feel like an afterthought, that sort of thing.

What really sold me on this place though was how it handles the practical stuff that can make or break a big group stay. The kitchen is properly equipped (I mean really equipped, not just the bare minimum), there’s actual space for everyone to spread out without stepping on each other, and – this is key – the bedrooms are arranged so you’re not hearing every conversation through paper-thin walls. Parking was straightforward too, which might sound boring but try coordinating three cars full of people in some of these mountain towns and you’ll appreciate having dedicated spots. The location on Witosa puts you close enough to the action in Karpacz but far enough that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos right outside your door. I’d honestly come back, especially in shoulder season when the rates are better and the trails aren’t packed – there’s something about having this whole setup to yourself with the mountains right there that just works.
