I mean, most accommodations in Karpacz are either those massive communist-era hotels or tiny guesthouses crammed with floral wallpaper, but this SpaceApart property sits right on Turystyczna Street and feels like someone actually thought about what travelers want. The mountain views from here are ridiculous – and I don’t mean that in a “nice backdrop” way, I mean you’ll wake up and just stare out the window for ten minutes because the Karkonosze peaks look close enough to touch.

The sauna situation is what really sold me though. After spending days hiking around Śnieżka or dealing with the crowds at Wang Church, having your own private sauna feels like pure luxury. It’s not some tiny closet either – proper Finnish-style setup that actually gets hot enough to matter. The apartment itself has this modern mountain vibe going on, sort of industrial but cozy, with massive windows that frame those mountain views I mentioned. Parking was straightforward (which, if you’ve driven through Karpacz’s narrow streets, you know is a blessing), and the whole check-in process was smooth – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation.

What I really appreciate is how quiet it gets here at night. Turystyczna Street can be busy during the day with people heading to the lifts or the trails, but evenings are peaceful in a way that’s hard to find in the main tourist zone. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s those little details like blackout curtains that actually work, a kitchen setup where you can make proper coffee, and honestly just the feeling that someone cared about creating a space instead of just filling it with generic furniture.
