DiAnna is a four-star hotel that I’d call a real gem in Skhidnitsa. When we arrived last autumn, I immediately noticed how cozy it feels here — the building is small but very neat, and the staff greeted us with such warmth, as if we were old friends. The hotel is located at 12 Stepana Bandery Street, which is very convenient — it’s literally a few minutes’ walk to the resort center, and nearby there are several cafes where you can try the local “Naftusia” water (though the hotel has its own pump room too). Parking is free right at the entrance — this was important for us since we came by car.
The rooms at DiAnna are really pleasant, though not luxurious — everything you need is there, the beds are comfortable, and from our room window we had a lovely view of the Carpathian hills. What I especially liked was how quiet it is even in the evenings — probably because the hotel is small and doesn’t have too many guests. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant on the first floor — nothing extraordinary, but tasty and filling, plus there are always fresh local products. The staff is very responsive, at reception they’ll always suggest where to go for a nice walk or where to find the best souvenirs. Overall, for a peaceful vacation in Skhidnitsa — this is an excellent choice, especially if you, like us, prefer a homey atmosphere over fancy big hotels. The price totally matches the quality, and I’d happily return here again.
