You know what struck me first about Cyrhla Apartamenty? The location is absolutely perfect if you want to feel like you’re actually living in Zakopane rather than just passing through as a tourist. It’s tucked away on Cyrhla street, which honestly took me a minute to find the first time – but that’s part of its charm. You’re close enough to walk to Krupówki (the main pedestrian street) in about ten minutes, but far enough away that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing Polish folk songs at 2 AM.
The apartments themselves are surprisingly well-maintained for a 3-star place. I mean, don’t expect luxury, but everything works and it’s clean – which is more than I can say for some of the pricier places I’ve stayed in the Tatras. The kitchenettes are actually functional (I managed to cook a proper breakfast with eggs from the local market), and the Wi-Fi is solid enough for video calls, which was crucial since I was working remotely part of the trip. What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night – Cyrhla street doesn’t get much through traffic, so you can actually sleep with the windows open and hear… well, nothing except maybe some birds in the morning. The parking situation is decent too, which anyone who’s driven in Zakopane during peak season will tell you is worth its weight in gold.
Here’s the thing about this place – it’s run by people who actually seem to care. The check-in was smooth (they even stayed a bit late when my bus from Kraków was delayed), and they had genuine recommendations for hiking trails that weren’t just the obvious touristy ones. They pointed me toward this lesser-known path up to Gubałówka that starts just a few streets over, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of my trip. The apartments fill up pretty quickly during ski season and summer hiking months, so book ahead if you can. I stayed here twice now – once in September when the weather was perfect for hiking, and once in February for skiing – and both times it felt like coming back to a place I actually knew. It’s not fancy, but it’s real Zakopane living without the tourist markup, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

The apartment was amazing, clean, it has all you need. It was quiet, no problem with parking, beautiful view. 100% recommending.
I had special task for the owner (wanted to propose my girlfriend) and he did everything what he could. Perfect decoration, communication with the owner was on high level. I can't say anything bad about it. Love it!
