Cottage Smerekovyi turned out to be a real gem in Skole — a three-star hotel that exceeded my expectations. Located on Gaidamatska 19, it’s perfect for those seeking mountain coziness without unnecessary pompousness. Parking is free right next to the building (which is rare for the center), and check-in was quick — the hosts are very friendly and always ready to suggest the best routes into the Carpathians.
The rooms are small but well thought out — everything you need is there, plus wonderful mountain views from most rooms. Wi-Fi works reliably, which is important if you need to stay connected. Breakfasts are homemade with local products — I especially loved the Hutsul cheese and fresh pastries. The hotel is quite quiet even in summer when there are the most tourists, though sometimes you can hear neighbors returning late at night (the walls aren’t very thick). In winter it’s especially cozy here — the fireplace in the lobby creates a real mountain retreat atmosphere.
What I liked most was the location. It’s a five-minute walk to Skole center, and about 15 minutes by car to the Trostyan lift. The hosts can arrange transfers or excursions if needed. For the money (especially off-season), this is an excellent option for an active vacation in the Carpathians. The 8.0 rating is well deserved — not luxury, but a solid hotel with soul that makes you want to return.

There is a pool, great property and place as whole
Very nice house and backyard, great host, very close to the river, mountains view, parking, nice barbecue area, nice trees and lawn. Quite neighborhood
Good location - a river is nearby, easily accessible from the main road. Quiet and private. Has a fireplace inside the house. The kitchen is quite acceptable - gas stove, large fridge, has enough dishes and other utensils. The owners are ok with pets, so we could take a dog with us.

Ми приїхали на вихідні, трохи відволіктися, погуляти в горах й змінити картинку. Все вдалося якнайкраще. В будинку є все необхідне для комфортного перебування, тепло й затишно, після засніжених маршрутів швидко зігрілись. Розташування відмінне - центр, річка, національний парк - все поруч. До вокзалу - 10-15 хв пішки. Окрема подяка пані Галині - зустріла, почекала нас, хоч потяг і запізнився, все розповіла й показала. Всі наші побажання врахували. Щиро вдячні!
Локація дуже крута. Можна усамітнитись і абстрагуватись від всього довкола. Чудовий екстер"єр, територія довкола котеджу ,це просто казка. В плані зручностей, то є все ,що потрібно ,і навіть більше.
Дуже зручне розташування, наявність усього необхідного для перебування і відпочинку. Навіть не замітили як пройшов час нашого перебування.
Чудове місце для відпочинку з сім'єю, друзями, улюбленцями. Гарна своя загородження територія. Окремий котедж. Рекомендую. Є додаткова постіль, рушники, пледи, що трапляється доволі рідко. Тихо і затишно. Обов'язково ще зупинимося, якщо будемо в Сколе. Додаткову плату за собаку не брали, що дуже приємно. Дійсно пет-фредлі житло. Заселили раніше зазначеного часу, дозволили залишитися до кінця дня, так як не заселялися інші гості на наступну ніч.
Гарний будинок і територія, прекрасний вид, є весь необхідний посуд і техніка, багато місця.
