When I was looking for a romantic getaway spot in the Carpathians, Cottage “A-FRAME romantic house” immediately caught my attention with its unusual design. This four-star cottage truly lives up to its name — the A-frame architecture creates a cozy yet spacious atmosphere. Located on Partyzanska Street in Yaremche, it’s close enough to the center to walk to restaurants and shops, but far enough from the main road that there’s almost no noise.
The interior is really thoughtfully designed for couples — fireplace, wooden ceiling beams, large windows with mountain views. The hosts clearly put effort into creating a romantic atmosphere without overdoing the details. The kitchen is fully equipped (we made our own breakfasts), with all necessary appliances. Parking is free right by the house, which is very convenient, especially in winter. Check-in went smoothly — the hosts met us personally, told us about the area, and gave useful advice about local hiking trails.
The only downside — it can get a bit hot on the second floor in summer due to the large windows, but the air conditioning handles it. In autumn and winter it’s especially cozy thanks to the fireplace. For this price and considering the mountain location, the 8.0 rating is well deserved. I’ll definitely come back here again, maybe in winter — I can imagine how beautiful it must be with snow around this A-frame building.
